Jason has been training in a variety of martial arts from a young age. At the age of 17, he received a traineeship to travel and train throughout Japan in the traditional arts. In 2001 he became a member of Japan's top competition team "Axis" and achieved the level of coach in 2003. - Official Rep of Axis Jiu-Jitsu in Australia
- Member of Australian & Japanese Federations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
-Licensed coach under Takamasa Watanabe and member of the Rickson Gracie International Jiu-Jitsu Association
BJJ highlight would have to be spending 4 hours with the master himself, Rickson Gracie and Professor Taka Watanabe, talking and running through techniques in Ricksons Lounge room. |
